CASE WORKER
£19600 - £23,475 pa (full-time 37.5 hours a week) subject to experience Line Manager: Case Manager Please note, this is a Fixed Term Contract to 31st March 2022 (possible extension subject to renewed funding). Job summary The successful candidate will be working hands on with our guests – vulnerable adult service users, many of whom will have multiple and complex needs and will be responsible to manage their own cases and work under your own initiative. You will also be a point of reference for the day-to-day activities in our centre. During the pandemic most of our work has been done face to face with our guests, either in our centre or accompanying them to meetings with partner agencies such as Leicester City Council Housing Options, DWP, Inclusion Health etc and this will of course continue to be face to face as we come out of lockdown. Your hours will be predominately 8.30am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday but will need to be flexible to meet service needs.
